HELLO! IM LAVANYA.R,A CA FINAL STUDENT FROM BANGALORE. MY UNCLE WHO WAS SELF EMPLOYED PASSED AWAY IN MARCH 2011. HOW CAN HIS WIFE GET LEGAL HEIRSHIP CERTIFICATE? WHOM SHOULD WE APPROACH? PLS HELP ME WITH THIS REGARD! THANK U

According to me She have to submit the Transmission of Property form with the proof of Death Certificate of his husband as per the Transfer of Property Act 1882.
