10 September 2014 Hi,

I have taken 13 days leave during my first 11 months and have taken transfer. What is the leave period i can avail with my new principal? 100 days or 140 days?

10 September 2014 max is 1/6th of actual period served and max 156 so u still have 156-11=145 days leaves

10 September 2014 I had a doubt that i can avail leave proportionately for the remaining 2 years. So that comes to around 100 days. Is that wrong? Can i set off the leave i missed out with my old principal with my new one?

10 September 2014 there is no concept of set off i have stated the rule very clearly.
