If a foreign company wants to give its machinery on lease to a company in india and take it back after the lease period is over, is it possible???
If yes can u plz help me out with the procedure?

Import of machinery under a lease arrangement is possible. However, the computation of duty in this case is complicated and therefore you should consult someone with complete details and documentation
