issued shares to outsider on premium . Now company want to issue again
shares to its promoters on at face value and to outsider on premium.
What are the legal consques on the issue as per Income Tax Act and
Companies Act. pls advise.
in case of private company there is no restriction on issue of shares at different price under Companies Act, but in case of public company there is some rules and regulation applicable on it.
