Dear All,
I am going to open a online services company , it will be of E-Commerce / Web Development / Education website so what are laws that should be kept in mind related to it moreover any special laws are there for these kind of services in INDIA.
Please suggest .

No any special laws as such. All the generally applicable laws like, income tax, sales tax, service tax, professional tax etc are applicable.

I have booked a domain name for my E-Commerce company ,but there are some more sites which sounds like my site name and initials are same , but there nature of business is different will there be any legal obligations.
Example : www.mango.com
Relating sites names: www.mangoband.com / www.mangopharma.com / www.maango.com like this many more and some are from USA.
Please help and suggest the way.

since you have got the domain name means it is unique. Hence it will not create any legal problem.

But, In future if it happens that they can say that I have used their name to promote my business then as their domain names were hosted much before than mine.

find out if the products you are selling are VATable.
If yes, get the VAT registration number and then accordingly you need to pay local VAT or CST as the case may be.
