06 August 2011 I AM A CA FINAL STUDENT AND HAV MY ATTEMPT IN NEXT MAY. I JUST WANTED TO ASK HW DO I GO ABOUT PURSUING MY LLB FROM HERE NW, I WONT B ABLE TO GIVE MY LLB EXAM IN NEXT APRIL AND WANT TO GIVE MY LLB 1ST YEAR IN NEXT OCTOBER.
CAN ANY1 GUIDE ME WITH THE IMPLICATIONS OF NOT GIVING EXAMS IN APRIL AND ALSO THE PROCEDURE AS TO HOW DO I GO ABT IT. ALSO CAN ANY1 GUIDE ME AS TO HW D LAW SYSTEM WORKS AS IN IS IT LIKE CA ATTEMPTS OR SEMESTER WISE????

07 August 2011 First you complete your C. A. then think for LL.B

Once you clear your CA it will be only the procedural part and formalities to appear in LL.B

You should note that you cannot practice in both the streams and the better option is CA but you should also have the knowledge of law.

08 August 2011 thank u sir my priority is C.A only but i don't want to waste one year to give my LLB 1st year exam my C.A. final attempt is in May 2012 so i was planning to skip April LLB exam and give both semesters of LLB 1st year in October is tat allowed???
