Dear sir/madam,
I have to file the revised return of Service Tax as I have deposited the less amount,The 90 days relaxation period has already lapsed n now they are not accepting my return and displays either you have filled the revised return or 90 days period have been expired . Now , what type of remedy is available to me.

Dear Sir,
If the time of 90 days has been elapsed for filing the revised st-3 return, pl submit details in writing to your Range Officer showing the correct tax payment details for the said period and keep acknowledge in your records for further use at a later date. Hope the reply will suffice your requirement.
