suppose I have business income from Partnership firm and Audit and return filing done for AY 2013-14 for PARTENERSHIP FIRM but I have not filed online return till the time and my income is above 400000.00 Rs means it is taxable for AY year 2013-2014. please guide me to file return for AY 2013-14 and last date of same

not sure what guidance you need. with regards to due date, the due date for filing return under 139(1) is already expired. but you can file return under 139(4) till 31 March 2015.
