30 July 2013 I could not file my I T return forA Y 2011-12 and I am unable to upload my e - return on portal of I T Dept as last date for filing is over.
How should I file my return . I have to get refund of excess tax paid.

30 July 2013 it is not possible at p[resent
only possible when you take permission of commissioner of income tax.

but you have to face penalty and income tax proceedings

30 July 2013 Return of AY 2011-12 is now time barred. Last date was 31.03.2013.

Only way out is filing applications/claims under section 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay.
