Late filing of etds return

Hello sir
I forgot to file etds return of a pvt ltd co. for dec 2014 quarter. amount of tds is rs 30000/- which has been deposited timely. can u please guide what should I do in such a case.

You need to pay fees u/s 234E for late filing of TDS return and submit the return immediately. Fee is Rs 200/- per day during which the default continues subject to maximum of TDS amount involved.
