Is there any late filing fees for GSTR 3B apart from interest penalty?

Only late filing fees which will be waived later. Only interest levied for payment beyond 20th of subsequent month.

Is Late Filing Fees of Rs. 200 Per day is applicable for the month of august?

The late fee for delay in submission of any form filing is Rs.100 for CGST and Rs.100 for SGST per day ( not more than Rs. 5,000). So, if you do not file your return for a few days after the due date mentioned above, you’ll have to pay aforementioned penalty amount necessarily.
