If i am an individual as well as prop. of a firm than please tell me what is my last date to submit Income Tax Return .

14 July 2013 1)if tax audit U/sec. 44AB is applicable DUE DATE IS 30ST SEPTEMBER

2)IF TAX AUDIT NOT APPLICABLE WITH IN 31ST JULY

As per section 139(1) of Income tax act
