03 April 2012 What is last date for filing balance sheets of listed entities with Sebi or rather within what time limit , a listed entity is supposed to file its audited annual accounts for the year with sebi?

You are taking about audited or un-audited financial result for the last quarter ended march 31, 2012.

In case of un-audited, -should be submitted with in 45 days from the end of 31 March 2012.

In case of Audited with in 60 days from the end of last quarter i.e. 31.03.2012.

If Q4 result is un audited then it will be adopted by Board or committee with in 45 days from the end of quarter.

You will also adopt audited result with next 15 days from end of 45 days( 60 days from end of Q4.
