Return of AY 2014-15 can be submitted u/s 139(4) upto 31.03.2016. Both these return (AY 2013-14 & AY 2014-15) are subject to penalty u/s 271F. A penalty of Rs 5000/- may be levied by AO u/s 271F. Levy of penalty is at the discretion of AO. Rs 5000/- is maximum penalty after giving assessee an reasonable opportunity of being heard.
