We Have Hired some laptops from our Vendor for rs.20000 p.m. He is charging VAT in the Bill. So my Query is Whether TDS is applicable or not. and is it Right to Charged VAT in bill by vendor..

why he is charging VAT....
Tds is deducted on hire charges... but first confirm from him why he is charging vat on them
