11 February 2011 dear sir,
i would like to know if we need to raise an invoice or need to raise a debit note when we do stock tranfer in terms of KVAT act.
we have been advised that invoice should not be raised for stock transfer .

Pl advise.

23 February 2011 Invoice should not be raised in stock transfer ......DC or transfer note is sufficient...way bill may be required.......recent changes in Karnataka asking online waybill printout along with vehicle
