02 August 2014 i have just passed out cpt and further for ipcc registration i had a query to ask.i actually want to know, are there any benefits of passing out ipcc BOTH GROUPS in 1st attempt? does it make any difference if i refuse to go for one by one.i.e group 1 in may and group 2 in november?
please answer to this query as early as possible , as i have to do ipcc registration.

02 August 2014 you can decide not to appear in both the groups together. but you lose out on some benefits:

1. inter-groups set off. For eg: you score more than 50% marks in one group but less than 50% in the second. Now, if you appear in both groups together, marks in all the seven papers shall be considered to arrive at passing eligibility instead of group wise.

2. you save six months
