07 March 2014 I have PAN No. of assessee but i want to verify his name and date of birth. Is there any website through which i can find PAN details with the help of PAN No.

07 March 2014 no u cannot get to know dob and name of the assessee through pan no...

however u can verify the pan if u know the assessee's Name and Dob at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

08 March 2014 Yes. You can know. Just fill the IT challan from tin.nsdl website(either Advance tax or self assessment tax), give the bank details and press Next/submit button. In next Window, you will get complete name of the assessee. You can trace with name the remaining details from Know your PAN tab. That's all
