i want to know it is compulsory to file a return and audit of ca .

please let me know ASAP .

30 September 2015 yes, company has to file income tax return as well as annual return under Companies Act

Audit done under Companies Act i.e. Statutory audit and
under income tax Act i.e. Tax Audit
