sir, we have paid salary from Apr to Nov to employees in cash and from Dec, we are shifting our accounts in tally how to account the salary already paid in cash with out effecting cash?

while CREATING accounts in Tally, you can enter the debit balance to Salary account.

You can debit the salary account and create salary payable account. Since you had already paid cash, you can debit salary payable and credit cash or bank.
