Dear All Expert,
We are manufacturers and we sent some raw material for job work such as EP, Bending, Cutting etc. On this transaction job worker are charge VAT. Now my query is that under this transaction VAT is chargeable or Service tax.
Pls suggest me.

If the job work is a manufacturing activity on which you pay excise duty no service tax payable.
