some one reply that itt and orientation compulsory 2 types one itt and advance itt at the time of registeration we pay the amount are after intermediate exam

what is the problem? You need to complete ITT and orientation before getting registered as articled clerk.
Advanced ITT can be completed after you join as articled clerk but before CA Final
Advanced ITT can be completed after you join as articled clerk but before CA Final
