i filed my return om time for AY 2014-15 but itrv submitted late so the website is showing itrv submitted late what should me my action now

ITRV should reach the CPC Bengaluru within 120 day otherwise it will be treated as if return is not filed.

Sending ITR acknowledgement within 120 days is advisory in nature doesn't have any legal consequences.
