19 December 2014 i filed my return om time for AY 2014-15 but itrv submitted late so the website is showing itrv submitted late what should me my action now

19 December 2014 ITRV should reach the CPC Bengaluru within 120 day otherwise it will be treated as if return is not filed.

19 December 2014 refile it and send the itr v ack generated on filling within 120 days of filling itr.

19 December 2014 Sending ITR acknowledgement within 120 days is advisory in nature doesn't have any legal consequences.
Therefore no need to file Return for income once again
