How do file a refund return of a woman who expired in March 2011 . Should her income be clubbed with the income of her husband .Her husband does not have any income for the yr. If we club with return of an husband it will not be refund return becz limit changes.
Kindly suggest what should be done in such cases?

husband has to file her return in capacity of legal representative.

Return in the name of lady . Should it be support with death certificate of her while we are sending the tax Acknowledgement to Bangalore ?
