ITR WITH WRONG PAN

I Have Been Appointed As Auditor of A Trust Which is Registered u/s 12A and 80G. While Going Through The Records of The Trust I Found That The Trust is Filing its ITR With Wrong PAN From AY 2000-01 Till Date. This May Be Due To Copy Paste Procedure. IT Department Never Issued Any Notice. Now What should Be Done?
