Itr-v sent after due date

hello friends,
ITR(original) of A.Y 2010-11 filled was rejected due to the reason
that ITR acknowledgement was send to bangalore without his signature, the
acknowledgement was again send after signing but not accepted(as receipt by department after 120 days),now since the
return cannot be filled after march 2012 i.e after the expiry of filling return for the
relevant period(belated), what should be the procedure for filling the return for A.Y
2010-11 and how to claim refund of the same. Please Advice.
