Dear xyz: No ITR-V or E-verification was received for your ITR for AY 2016-17 and the ITR has been treated as non-est (not filed). Please file ITR afresh asap. Please ignore if already filed. ITD

Yes... As per above message "You Income Tax Return is Filed. But, The acknowledgement not sent to CPC or Not e-Verify the Return. In case Already You are sent it and It is processed then no need to worry....
Otherwise check Your details and The Time limit is lapsed then File New ITR...
