filled it return but signed copy of itr not receive by cpc. also 120 days expired
after upload return. is the filled return
treated as not filled or anyting else? any way to solve it ? please advice.... thanks.....

income tax department did extend the due date to receive the itrv till 31 march 2014. you can expect them to extend it further too.
however, in the interim such returns shall be considered as not filed.
