Itr -v acknowledgement is not sent within 120 days

Sir,
I have an issue regarding the ITR - V is not sent to CPC- Bangalore within 120 days.now what I have to do? may I file another return for same period

yes again file a new return which shall be belated return u/s 139(4) and then sent the acknowledgment within 120 days
