U r not required to fill ITR V. U need to send it to Bangalore by speed post, within 120 days of filing of return.

Yup, for each and every returned filed u need to send it to Bangalore for verification(if not verified digitally).

and sir I filled my return a.s year 2007-08.bt I didn't send itr V and didn't verify? so now wht I should do? and meri return shi maani jayegi? ?ab kya krna chahiye ya ab bhj skta hu
