itr v receipt status showing that " itr v receipt after due date " will it rejected or consider receipt ?

it will be considered as rejected and the return filed shall cease to exist. you should file revised return under 139(5) and resend the Itrv of the revised return. this return shall be considered as fresh return only.
also, it is possible that CBDT may extend due date for receiving ITRV. In such a case, you can resend the ITRV for original return again.
