Sir,
I have filed ITR-1 online on 31-08-2013 for AY 2013-14..but did not sign and sent within 120 days..
after tht signed and sent which was rejected.
What i have to do to revalidate the return

you need to file revised return. it will be treated same as original return
12 February 2014
Under revised what section i have to use 139 or any other

while filing the return, you need to give reference to the original return and file the revised return under 139(5).
