30 July 2013 I have the below mentioned income :-

1) Salary 321264.00
2) Transport Allowance 9600.00
3) Intt. on saving a/c 526.00 Whether I have
to file ITR-1 or ITR-2.

Please advise.

30 July 2013 You can file ITR 1. Since you have exempted income below Rs 5000/-.

Transport Allowance is allowance and not exempted income.
