IN THE STATUS OF ITR WHICH HAS BEEN SHOWN IN THE MY RETURN SECTION IF IT IS WRITTEN THAN ITR HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM CPC TO JURISDICTIONAL ASSESSING OFFICER WHAT DOES THAT MEAN

That means that it is at the final stage of assessment u/s 143(1). It means that if your was due than within a short period you will receive it. You need not worry about it, because it is the internal work of the department regarding processing of return. It means that your return has been send to your regional AO from CPC Banglore.
