I am trying to reset password of one of the individual but while doing this an error shows that use id dosen't exist.....but i am putting correct PAN no in the field...please solve the query i have to reset the password so that i can file ITR

that is fine and what is the status as per the second URL as above.....is it showing status ACTIVE?

yes PAN is active my problem is if i go for forget password it says user id is not registered and when i go for new registration than it says user is already registered...i want user id and password of itr filing

no no, some thing is wrong....it should not go there.....after putting date of birth and captcha code but not putting the password, if we click on forget password url, it takes us to

that is rest password menu.
On top of that if you are getting that irritating message....best way is
