Itr of foreign company

I have to file ITR of foreign company but i dnt have digital signatures of any of the director of that company. And it is not possible to apply for digital signature of such directors.
Is there any alternative available for filling of ITR for AY - 2012-13.

Why it is not possible to apply for signature??
There is no alternative. Even directors need to have DIN and have digital signature for ROC matters !!!

no...there is a alternative...i hav to take permission from CFO and any authorised person can sign the return
