Dear Sir.
Can i file the tax return of fy 2012-13 now. TDS is deducted and deposited by my ex-employer. My salary was below 5 lac p.a.
please guide me.

FY 2011-12 cannot be filed. FY 2012-13 can be filed under 139(4).
