Hi Sir,
l have filled ITR 1 for AY2015-16 on 25-08-2015 and the acknowledgement of the same sent to CPC Bengaluru on 28-08-2015. ITR still not processed by Department.
My question is how much time taken by Department to process Return and any action require for my side?

There is no compulsion on them for time limit, but you just put request to ask for intimation so they will say your itr under process then ask how much time it will take, this might help u.

in Aadhar linked PAN, CPC is processing it within 15 days.
For others, CPC claims that the returns are processed within 60 days.
For others, CPC claims that the returns are processed within 60 days.
