12 September 2014 i miss to fill itr for my partnership firm as well as individual also. please help me whether i can fill it now and should i have to pay any penalty. please guide me .

12 September 2014 Yes you can file the return. There will not be any penalty, however, you have to interest on tax (in not paid).

Secondly, in case, there is any loss, it will not be carried forward.
