Quick Summary
The Income Tax Department's new portal now has ITR Form 5 available in the downloads section. However, Audit Report Form 3CD submission will be enabled later. According to recent announcements, Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD are expected to be available for submission by 15th September 2021.

10 September 2021 As of now Utility for ITR 5 is available in Download section; but for Form 3CD you may have to wait for some more time.
