dear friends hi
i regularly trade in stocks intraday and delivery
my query is about which itr should i use
is itr 2 ,and is intra day trade is to be shown as speculative income under other sources and delivery based under stcg/stcl...???

You have to use ITR4.

Intra Day Income is Speculative Business Income.
Profit and gains from speculative business (B40 of Schedule-BP).

Delivery Based Transactions are to be reported as STCG/STCL or as Trading Income depending upon the value, frequency of trade, volume, delivery retention period etc.
