A NEW QUERY , FOR CEMENT DEALERS AND AGENTS, THE PURCHASE INVOICE RECEIVED , BUT THE PRICE FOR THAT CEMENT IS LESS THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE. (SALE PRICE IS LESS THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE -Rs10 PER BAG), ALSO THEY RECEIVED INCENTIVES WITH GST DEDUCTION ALSO, HOW TO DO?

18 July 2018 Sorry sir, purchase have no tds , purchase price less incentive is purchase value , then tds for that incentive consider ITC sir?
purchase 100000
incentive 10000
100000-10000=90000/- plus tds on incentve is itc , am I correct sir?

18 July 2018 For incentive if TDS is deducted it's a commission income.
