Respected Sir
My uncle have income from house property in FY 2013-14 Rs 8,25,000.00.and he received this income after deducting TDS .
Now What income should I fill in ITR-1 form.

Yes. you can file the ITR-1, Need to show as gross income Rs. 8,25,000/- and deduction as applicable u/s.24. ( Municipal taxes, standard deduction of Repairs & maintenance 30% & Interest on borrowings)
