i want to file itr for ay 12-13 ..i have no income proof,no investments and proofs of the same,no books of accounts as well.
should i file itr 4 or 4s ?
and what should be the precautions?
pls suggest

get the details of bank statements, position of payables and receivables...look for invoices...
