hi i want to file itr-1 for F.Y. 2013-2014 last date is 31-7-2014 gone. if i file return now what will be penalty.

till 31.3.2015 still u can file it...............

No penalty if you file the belated return u/s 139 (4) on or before 31.03.2015.
