Dear
i received salary from my job, but due to manpower cutting i get my salary in form of fees for professional or Technical services on that company deducted tds @ 1o% , how i can claim this tds.
kindly load the excel utility for this

You need to file ITR-4, download from the following link
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/downloads.do
you can file e-return through your PAN registration and claim the TDS which deducted as refund
