27 July 2017 As stated by Ms Gandhi, you will have to file as a representative assessee.
Every return has a section on first page which asks about whether return is being filed as a representative assessee and details. You will also need to get yourself registered on the portal for this. Please refer to the attached guide that might help you.

27 July 2017 thanks rashmi..i have registered the legal heir..now after that whose log in to be done for filing the return....legal heir or the deceased
