Please let us know , in what Form do we file for an NRI? How should we show the offshore income which will be exempt?

He is a non resident, who is earning salary in foreign. And also getting a pension in India which is below the exemption limit. He does not have any business in India. Now, for filing income Tax returns in India, do we need to show the foreign income in the ITR? If yes
where should we show that?
if income in india is below slab rate without applying exemption or deduction then no need to file itr.
