ITR FILING AGAINST THE ORDER u/s 154 of IT Act

18 July 2022 Dear Experts,

I have received an intimation order u/s 154 of the IT Act, however, the intimation did not comply with my rectification request. What is the Next Step ?? / which section will use to file online for rectification again ?? / will it complete throgh jurisdictional A O only ???

Kindly guide me

19 July 2022 CPC passed an order u/s 143(1) without considering my sec 89 claim in the original return, hence, I rectified that order therafter same order has been issued by CPC u/s 154. So, what will be the next step on our end ?? Rectifying section is wrong when I tried to rectify it again

20 July 2022 Call CPC helpline and ascertain the reason.
Did you file 10E form to claim 89 relief.
File appeal with CIT appeal.
