Dear Sir / Mam ,
I am Ziyaul islam working in an advertising last 4 years.i have some saving in 2008 near 47000.00 which I bear loss in share trading.After that in nov.2013 I again started trading and bear loss in 2013-14 and 2014-15.i want to file itr .what need to do.my salary is 12000/month.i also have huge turnover in intraday trading in 2013-14 Finally I bear loss. I have never filed itr before . please guide me sir / mam...
I also got an email to file itr before 15 dec. what does it mean..?

For FY 2013-14 & FY 2014-15 you can file belated return u/s 139(4). File return on or before 31.03.2016. You can not carry forward any loss since you did not file return within due date.
